It all begins with the instructor

Our fearless First Aid instructor goes to any computer in the world and opens an account at firstaidregistry.net.

It all begins with the instructor

The Class

Our fearless instructor then teaches his class. Then during, or afterward our instructor enters his class roster into the registry database.

The Class

The Instant Notification

Within seconds of saving the roster to the registry, the messages magically fly out to everyone involved.... ...and straight into the inboxes of every student in the class, and to the employer or the organization that facilitated the course. Or even to the student's web-enabled phone.

The Instant Notification

The Student

From any computer in the world, the student can link from their email to the FirstAid Registry, create a free personalized account then:

  • review their training history 24/7
  • see at a glance the status of their training currency
  • instantly send a message to their instructor
  • will receive automatic reminders just prior to expiry
  • send anyone a confirmation of training currency
The Student

The Client (The Employer)

If that course was organized by a company for work purposes, then that instructor's client will also receive email notification....and after setting up their employer account:

  • can review class rosters
  • receive reminders when entire classes of their employees will expire
  • can easily search for an employees certification status and through the registry communicate directly with all instructors and students with easy to use tools
The Client (The Employer)

The Agency

The Agency is the parent organisation under which the FirstAid or CPR certification has been issued.
Agencies can review all rosters created with their Agencies name upon it, and...

  • review all rosters
  • filter data by instructor, location, class type and other data fields
  • find individual students or instructors
The Agency

How the registry works ...

A Client schedules an Instructor to teach a first aid course. The instructor, on behalf of a training agency then teaches the course to a group of students. At the end of the course, the instructor enters the roster of attending students in the FirstAid Registry, noting the Agency, Client and Student names, making the data of the roster searchable/retrievable by each of these identities.
